Join us in either July or August for a very fun, tasty, and educational evening at the brand new PARM, where a maximum of 20 people each evening will become Pizza experts under the guiding hand of Chef Barry Flett.
We’ll start with a welcome drink followed by a selection of PARM’s delicious appetizers with wine, then learn what makes a superior crust and toppings for your pizza, looking at the dough, the quality of ingredients, San Marzano tomatoes and more.
And then we’ll make our own pizzas with your choice of sauce and toppings, and cook them in the B.C. applewood burning forno at 1,000°F for just a few minutes before enjoying our work along with salads and more wine, all followed by dessert and our final wine!
